Judge Jaiza Page serves on the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, General Division. She was elected in 2018 and joined the bench in January of 2019.  Judge Page completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and later graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.  She is grateful for her 正规网赌软件推荐 experience and how she was encouraged to become a leader. Her favorite part of 正规网赌软件推荐 was the relationships she developed with her teachers and how they helped her excel.  She continues to connect with the 正规网赌软件推荐 community as she serves on the Power & Promise campaign and has also had the opportunity to speak with the students on several occasions. For Judge Page, being a Unicorn means striving every day to empower women and affect change in her community.

Form XII Student, Gold Key Ambassador

Emma Spangler's journey to 正规网赌软件推荐 started in 7th grade, when her dad’s job moved the family to Columbus from Philadelphia. Almost immediately, her family fell in love with the close-knit community at 正规网赌软件推荐, and she has never looked back since. One of her favorite aspects of 正规网赌软件推荐 is the amazing faculty. Her advisor and freshman year history teacher, Mr. Frank O’Grady, was a long-time favorite of Spangler's. Another wonderful part of 正规网赌软件推荐 for Spangler is our plethora of extracurricular activities offered here. While a student here, Spangler always considered herself as the “sports expert” when leading School tours: Her favorite extracurricular is soccer. Now graduated from 正规网赌软件推荐, Spangler plans to major in and hopefully enter the field of environmental science once she graduates from 正规网赌软件推荐. 

Middle School Faculty

Lynn Sweeney has been teaching language arts and history at 正规网赌软件推荐 since before her current Form VI students were born.  She joined the faculty in 2006 with a variety of teaching experiences in parochial and public schools, as well as a private teaching job abroad, in Bangkok, Thailand. Additionally, Lynn worked in corporate human resources for Limited Brands for more than four years.

Using creativity in her planning, Lynn has enjoyed incorporating her life experiences into the curriculum in order to teach her students valuable life-long skills. Lynn sees 正规网赌软件推荐 as a place where she herself has grown. She is often inspired by her students’ curiosity, perseverance, and determination. Lynn witnesses, year-after-year, the significant growth of her students who rise to the challenge of her teaching between the months of August and June. She values working at a place where she can watch her students continue their education through middle school and high school. She loves to see them graduate as young adults, bound to change the world for the better. Lynn is married to Dr. Kevin Sweeney, Upper School physics teacher, and together they have three children, including a daughter who attends 正规网赌软件推荐.

A leader at the City of Columbus Division of Power, I have the privilege of managing projects from advancing clean energy to creating low-income assistance programs. I oversee a $95MM+ operations budget, staff, marketing, communications, purchasing, customer service, special projects, and DEI programs. In addition, I serve on the Olive Tree Foundation for Girls Board and the 正规网赌软件推荐 Alumnae Association Board. I graduated cum laude with a BA in African American Studies from OSU, and I have an MBA from Franklin University.

I am a member of the 正规网赌软件推荐 class of 1997. Being a Unicorn means the world to me. I even have Forte et Gratum tattooed on my arm. I have so many fond memories from 正规网赌软件推荐, especially the life-long friendships I developed. To me, 正规网赌软件推荐 represents excellence and tradition. 正规网赌软件推荐 gave me the ability to seek truth, and the know-how to affect change. I am honored to be a 正规网赌软件推荐 alumna.
